Spend December 24th with us in a festive atmosphere and enjoy a peaceful afternoon. Enjoy Christmas music, traditional treats, and cozy time with your loved ones—away from the holiday hectic. From 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, we invite you to our beautifully decorated lounge to relax on Christmas Eve with lovely music and delicious Austrian dishes. Starting at 6:00 PM, we will end the evening until 9:00 om by the fireplace with board games and Christmas coockies. Experience a stress-free Christmas filled with sparkle, candlelight, and time for what really matters.

A romantically lit torchlight trail leads you across snow-covered alpine meadows from the Oberhofalm and Unterhofalm to the peaceful Almsee. Nowhere else can you feel the magic of Christmas in the mountains more intensely. Surrounded by untouched winter nature, you’ll enjoy a serene and festive atmosphere that truly captures the spirit of the season.

Highlights of the Christmas Idyll:

• A beautiful life-sized nativity scene and traditional “Schiachperchten” (folkloric Alpine figures)
• Accompaniment by brass musicians playing traditional Advent melodies
• Warming drinks such as mulled wine, punch, and children’s tea along the trail
• Delicious regional specialties served by the hosts of the Oberhofalm and Unterhofalm
• Convenient shuttle service by Taxi Jäger every 30 minutes (5:00 – 9:00 p.m.)
• Optional horse-drawn sleigh rides – a magical experience for young and old alike
